Despite the world slowing to a crawl in early 2020, the MORTLAND boys have continued to quietly work away on a batch of new material, inspired in no small part by the strange times we found ourselves experiencing. Safely locked within our respective bubbles and far from the voyeuristic glare of social media’s endless stream of pics and posts, the pervading themes of isolation, mortality and the changing roles we have to play in each other’s lives, seeped indelibly into the sessions.

Recording has commenced in 2024 with plans to release a new album later in 2025 Stay tuned!
